1. Who we are

whisper-lines.com is operated by F.E. Tech Solutions, L.L.C., doing business as Whisper Lines. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Account data from Whop. When you sign in with Whop we receive your Whop user id and the email address on your Whop account. We store these together with your membership status and the time you last signed in.
• Payment data. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Whop, Inc. We never see or store your card number. Whop's privacy policy governs the payment information you give them.
• Subscription consent. When you agree to the monthly renewal before checkout, we record the time, your IP address, your browser type, the exact renewal terms you were shown and, if you are signed in, your Whop user id, as proof of your consent.
• Free email list. If you sign up for the free picks by email, we store your email address, that you confirmed you are 21 or older, where you signed up, your IP address and the times you signed up, confirmed and unsubscribed. We send a confirmation email first, and nothing more unless you click it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Emails you send us. Messages to support@whisper-lines.com reach us through Cloudflare's email forwarding; we keep them as long as we need to answer and follow up.
• Server logs. Like most websites we log requests, including IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time, for security and to diagnose problems. Logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

We do not collect your name, address or date of birth. You confirm that you are 21 or older; we do not verify it against any record.

3. Cookies

We use only functional cookies: one that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, one that lasts a few minutes to complete the Whop sign-in, one that remembers for a year that you confirmed your age and accepted the terms, and one that remembers for 30 days which link or website sent you here (for example "x" or "site:google"), so we can tell which of our posts and partners bring visitors. That last one holds only that label, nothing about you, and is stored with a checkout click or an email signup. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How we use your data

To confirm you hold an active subscription and show you member content, to send subscribers their subscription details and renewal reminders, to send the free email list the emails it signed up for, to keep the site secure, to answer your messages, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or use it to target ads.

5. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run the site for us, under their own security commitments: Whop (checkout, membership and billing), Railway (hosting and our database), Cloudflare (our domain, security and email forwarding) and Resend (sending our emails). Everything else the site uses, including its fonts, is served from our own servers. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep your account record while you have a subscription and for up to 24 months afterwards, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. An email list address is kept while it is subscribed; after an unsubscribe we keep only the address and the date, so it is never emailed again by mistake. Subscription consent records are kept for 3 years after your subscription ends, because renewal laws require us to be able to show your consent.

7. Your choices

You can cancel your subscription through Whop at any time, and leave the email list with the unsubscribe link in any email. You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by writing to support@whisper-lines.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California) have the rights those laws provide, and we honour them.

8. Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Session cookies are signed and cannot be read by scripts. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you believe your account has been misused.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21, and we delete it if we learn we have.
