Whisper Lines is operated by F.E. Tech Solutions, L.L.C., doing business as Whisper Lines ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of whisper-lines.com and the content available to subscribers (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service publishes opinions and analysis about sports and sports betting markets. It is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or gambling advice, and nothing is a recommendation to place any wager. Past results, grades, edges and probabilities describe our model's opinion and do not predict or guarantee future outcomes. You alone decide whether and how to bet, and you accept all risk of loss.
You must be at least 21 years old and located where using sports information services is lawful. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including whether sports wagering is legal where you are. We do not accept wagers and we are not a sportsbook.
Access to member content requires a paid subscription, purchased through Whop, our checkout and billing provider. The subscription costs the price shown when you subscribe (currently $19.99 a month on the monthly plan or $179 a year on the yearly plan, plus any applicable tax; members who joined at an earlier price keep it). You are charged when you subscribe and then on the same day each month (monthly plan) or the same date each year (yearly plan), and it renews automatically every month or year, matching your plan, until you cancel. You agree to the renewal separately before checkout.
Cancelling. You can cancel online at any time in your Whop account (Profile → Orders → Whisper Lines → Cancel membership), or by emailing support@whisper-lines.com; see how to cancel. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the month you have paid for. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Because the content is delivered immediately, we do not refund payments after member content has been viewed, except where the law requires it.
One subscription is for one person. You may not share your login, and you may not copy, republish, resell, scrape or redistribute member content, in whole or in part, including by posting picks to public or private groups.
We may suspend or end your access without refund if you break these terms, share or redistribute content, or use the Service unlawfully. You may cancel at any time as described in section 4; access continues to the end of the paid period.

We aim to publish each day's report in the morning Eastern time, but we do not promise any schedule, coverage of any game, or uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Service, its content, name and design belong to F.E. Tech Solutions, L.L.C., doing business as Whisper Lines or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the content for your own use and nothing more.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Odds and lines shown may be delayed or differ from what any sportsbook offers.
To the fullest extent the law allows, F.E. Tech Solutions, L.L.C., doing business as Whisper Lines and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any wagering losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
